Job Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end customer service operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and smooth coordination for daily sales orders and dispatches.
Support customers and internal stakeholders by managing purchase order creation, tracking, and follow-up with various overseas DSL locations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer requirements, resolve issues, and ensure on-time order processing and delivery.
Use your skills in planning, coordination, and communication to optimize processes and reduce operational expenses
Continuously learn and share insights to enhance service efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance.
Background & Skills
Any bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of experience in customer service and order management within a manufacturing or technical environment.
Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Advanced Excel, with hands-on experience managing customer portals and related applications.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and collaborate across cross-functional and global teams to meet customer requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Strong team player mindset with adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach toward continuous improvement and compliance.
