- Third party logistic, Full/ partial truckload, Packers and movers, Inbound & outbound logistic with existing and new customers
- Graduate or Graduate + MBA(marketing ) or Graduate + PGDM,
- Fresher or Experience in sales or Marketing
- Remuneration-start with 15k to 18 k INR/ month with business development incentive
- Handle existing customers for a logistics business with excellent customer relationship.
- Handle customer issues, day- today requirement, Bill submissions,
- Follow up for payments, Ensure Accurate Documentations
- Develop business with existing and new customers.
- Visit customer locations to understand customer needs on a regular basis.
- Ensure dispatch and delivery on time in full.
- Key Competencies for the Post
- Sales oriented Candidate. persistent with follow up with the client’s
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill, smart personality,
- Capable to handle customer related issues, Negotiation skills.
- Develop business with existing and new customers
- Excellent Skills of Teamwork, coordination, decision making,
- Good relations development with Positive attitude towards situations
- A requirement for the Post
- Candidate must have his own 2 wheelers. Reimbursement @ Rs 2.50/km for official use.
- Ready to travel to a customer for business development and understanding daily needs.
- Ready to stay in 10 KM area from the location of customer circle
- Report to respective Area Sales Manager
- Understand commercials for billing and payments.
- Note: We will pay additional INR. 1000/- as accommodation allowance for staying within 10km from the customer’s location.
