Job Description
- Urgent Opening for Voice process
- Providing Customer Service over a Phone.
- Fresher with Good Communication (English/Hindi/Marathi).
- Shift – Female (7 am to 7 pm any 9 hrs shift), Male (1pm to 10pm, 2pm -11pm).
- Salary – 9 K In hand (depends on the communication).
- Min HSC Pass.
- 15 Days Training and 15 Days OJT.
- They have to come in 10 am to 7 pm for one Month.
- After that Boys will get evening Shift 2 pm to 11 pm and Girls will get 7 am to 7 pm any 9 hrs Shift.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Handling inbound calls of customers and raising complaint/ request
- Job location : Andheri Mumbai
- Solving queries about the internet services.
