Job Description
- To handle Inbound calls from US customers
- To generate sales from US prospects received through Inbound Calls
- To deal with customers very patiently and efficiently
- To achieve and exceed sales targets on Inbound Calls
- To achieve the required sales conversion ratio
- Process orders & provide results as per the campaign requirements
Key skills:
Clear Communication, Ability to comprehend English very well, Good Listening Skills, Good Selling Skills, Team Player, Target driven, Sales oriented, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education:
(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization)
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience as ‘Customer Service Representative’ for any International or Domestic Voice process (Preferably Sales/Collections) – but fulfilling the above mentioned job responsibilities. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome too.
Salary:
- Range: 1, 80, 000 – 2, 64, 000 Per Annum
