Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Navi Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and accurate manner to ensure customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative will communicate effectively with customers via phone, email and chat, and use problem-solving skills to resolve questions and complaints.
- Rotational day shift
- Rotational week off
- Domestic process
- Transportation available from Turbhe station
Requirements:
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
Good communication skills.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
