Opening for customer service representative
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Freshers who are an excellent / good communicators in English can also apply
Shift: 24/7 { rotational shifts, including late night, night shift, early morning, all shifts as per business requirement }
Salary: 21K to 33K
Week off: Two rotational
Location: Gurgaon
Cab: One end in odd hours

Key Responsibilities

Respond to Inquiries:
Answer customer questions promptly via phone, email, live chat, or face-to-face, depending on the company’s communication channels. -
Resolve Issues:
Handle complaints, returns, and service issues with professionalism. Provide solutions or escalate complex problems to appropriate departments if necessary. -
Process Orders and Requests:
Assist customers with placing, tracking, modifying, or canceling orders. Ensure all information is accurate and systems are updated accordingly. -
Provide Product and Service Information:
Educate customers about products, services, warranties, and company policies. Offer guidance in choosing the best product or service for their needs. -
Document Customer Interactions:
Maintain detailed records of customer conversations, complaints, and resolutions in the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. -
Follow Up:
Conduct follow-up communication when needed to ensure the customer’s issue has been resolved and satisfaction has been achieved. -
Maintain Knowledge Base:
Stay up to date on product features, policy changes, service updates, and system tools to provide accurate information to customers. -
Meet Performance Metrics:
Achieve individual and team goals related to customer satisfaction, response times, resolution rates, and quality of service. -
Promote Customer Loyalty:
Create a positive customer experience that encourages repeat business and builds trust with the brand.
