Customer Service Representative
Job Description
- Identify leads flowing through multiple channels e.g. phone, live chat, email, signup forms
- Engage with prospective leads at various levels and converting them into sales.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
- Meet customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer
- interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Required skills:
- Compulsory to have International (US/UK) Voice Process Experience.
- Prefer candidates who have handled sales process on outbound calls.
- Soft-spoken, persuasive, persistent, and professional while communicating with prospects via phone and email.
- Candidate should have VNA training (preferred)
- Open to work in UK / USA shifts.
