About the Role:

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide high-quality customer support across multiple communication channels. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy.
Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues when needed.
Process customer transactions, including orders, returns, and refunds, in compliance with company policies.
Maintain thorough and accurate customer records within the CRM system.
Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
Consistently meet and exceed performance targets such as response time and satisfaction ratings.
Stay updated on company products, policies, and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Communications, or related field).
0-5 years of customer service experience (preferred but not required).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
A stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in remote customer support.
Familiarity with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce).
Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
