Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at WestCan Auto Parts located in Ludhiana. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and ensuring customer satisfaction. The day-to-day tasks associated with the role include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, resolving customer concerns and issues, managing customer accounts, and creating a positive customer experience.

Model: 100% working from office
Working shift: 6 days a week (Night shift only)

Job description: -

• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers over the call in a friendly and professional manner to address their queries, concerns, and requests effectively.

• Issue Resolution: Investigate and analyze customer issues, providing accurate information and troubleshooting assistance to resolve problems promptly.

• Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products/services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

• Maintain Records: Document customer interactions, details of inquiries, issues, resolutions, and any follow- up actions taken in the CRM system.

• Problem Solving: Use critical thinking and problem- solving skills to handle challenging customer situations and provide appropriate solutions.
