Job Description:
We are looking for a customer service representative who can
interact with our customers and provide them with information to address inquiries
regarding services. Also, you will have to deal with and help resolve any
customer complaints.
Responsibilities :-
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM
software) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and
describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve
issues and address complaints
Qualifications:- 10+2
Location: Work From Home
Salary: ₹20,000 -
₹40,000 /month
Working Days- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
Experience :- 2 Year to 4 Years
