● Job Profile: Customer Service Representative - Voice

● Job Location: Mohali

● Job Mode: Work From Office

● Working Days: 5.5 days

● Shift Timings: Rotational shifts, 9.5-hour shift

● Salary: 32K + 2K PLI (Post training)

● Job Role: Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, or chat. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints. Adhere to company policies and procedures.

● Eligibility Criteria: Fresher or experienced with minimum 6 months experience, 12th or graduate
