Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. Ensure every interaction reflects the company’s commitment to excellent service.

Issue Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve customer problems. Provide solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers. Stay updated on changes in product lines, promotions, and policies.

Order Management: Assist customers with placing, tracking, and modifying orders. Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams to provide accurate delivery information and resolve shipment issues.

Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Maintain detailed records for future reference and quality assurance.

Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback to help improve products, services, and the overall customer experience. Work closely with internal teams to relay important insights from customer interactions.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and technical support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with business goals.

Customer Retention: Build lasting relationships with customers by going above and beyond in resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction. Help identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling when appropriate.
