· Minimum 06 month of experience of BPO working is mandatory.

Job Description:
· Overseeing the customer service process.
· Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
· Creating policies and procedures.
· Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
· Solving quires of financial Products/Insurance Policy to the leads given by the company.
*Relocation benefit for out station candidates*
- -Relocation amount Rs 10000.
- Travel Allowance upto Rs 700.
- 15 days accommodation and one time meal.
- Above benefits provided by company to out station candidates who will select only in international process
