About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing all the ongoing services/packages served on a daily basis through regular coordination, reminders, session follow-ups, etc.
2. Handling customer management matrix by taking regular feedback, resolving their concerns, improving client satisfaction percentage
3. Managing customer communication formats on daily basis viz. consent form, feedback format, tracking format, etc., and responding to emails, texts, WhatsApp, and phone calls to resolve their queries
4. Working on achieving customer renewal and cross-selling sales targets
5. Working on data management and analysis at regular intervals
