Job Role: L1 and L2 Voice Support (Technical Support Executive)
L1 – 6 months to 12 months; L2 – 12 Months to 36 Months
Experience: 6 Months to 3 years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Location: Bangalore
Skills:
- Voice based Technical support experience in a global environment
- Basic technical knowledge of PCs
- Knowledge of MS Outlook troubleshooting, Internet and Networking
- Technical knowledge of operating systems like Windows XP
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- The willingness to work in a 24*7 environment
