Job Description
1. User Training
2. Attend user doubts/issue
3. Monitor the usage of the system
4. Back-end data crosscheck
5. Error reporting
- If error reports, identify as error or user mistake
- If SOFTWARE BUG, report to Support Back-end
- Followup with Support back-end
- Closure of the error
6. Execute Patch
- Internal error correction
- User mistake correction.
7. Source Code Maintenance
- Receive new version of Source code and implement (due to error correction /enhancement)
- Keep Implementation log
8. New feature implementation
- Understand the enhancement
- Get training from development Team
- Test the option at Mindscape office.
- Implement at Test server at Site
- Demo to concerned people.
