- Ability to communicate patiently, clearly and dynamically with the customer.
- Good written and verbal communication Skills in English and Hindi is mandatory, additional language is added advantage.
- Telephone manners of receiving calls, making calls and communication through mail.
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Willing to travel to customer location during implementation and handholding.
- Experience on dealer management or automobile or heavy equipment industry will be added advantage.
