Job Description
Responsibilities
Ø Support international and domestic customers with a wide variety of request such as mobile device issues, ordering new mobile phones, changing features, etc.
Ø Provide support on client requests submitted through Tangoe’s internal portal such as order support, service number moves, usage and billing reports, etc.
Ø Establish and build relationships with internal and external customers
Ø Ensuring all requests from Internal Manager pertaining to orders/clarifications is completed.
Required Skills
Ø 0 to 1 Experience in Help Desk experience, preferably in a Wireless Telecommunication Support Environment.
Ø Exceptional customer service, listening, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ø Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ø The ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve (and follow up) issues in a fast-paced environment
Ø Basics of Resolving Computer Application Issues.
Ø Proficient in Windows Suite
Ø Must be able to type 35 WPM
Ø Must be able to Multi-Task.
Desired Skills
Ø Telecom Experience
Ø Understanding of carrier contracts and or telecom devices (BlackBerry, I Phones, Android Phone, Cell Phones)
Ø Should be able to follow Various Dialects of English
