Inbound Voice Process: Customer Service Executive

Job Description :
Smart Candidates who can take calls, and solve customer queries. Candidates who can understand, empathize with Customers Provide World Class Customer Service.

Eligibility Criteria:

Min 12th Standard Pass( Govt. Diploma holders are also eligible, however it should be 3 years of education after 10th Standard).
BE and B.Tech can be apply only if you have less than 50% in your academics.
Should be fluent in English, Hindi and any One Regional Language( Kannada, Tamil or Telugu)
Fresher’s are welcome.
Should be able to work in Shifts.

Timings: 1:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.
Work Days:- 6 Days
Week Off:- Rotational
Salary: CTC:- Min. 12,500/- 14,500/-
