We are hiring candidates with min experience of 1 year in BPO on International voice process.Any candidate with the following skills may apply.
Candidate must and should have:
  • Excellent English fluency
  • Good Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Excel spreadsheet.
  • Skills of answering calls which involves working on different time zones.
  • Skills to initiate the right response to customers, positively and professionally.
  • Flexible to work in shifts.
  • Knowledge of Customer Service Principles and practices.
  • Note: Candidates having 2+ years of experience on outbound process are given priority.
