Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, helping customers in selecting spectacles, Lenses and sun glasses.

Helping customers in tracking their orders and making purchases.

Serving customer in best possible, way to attain customer service satisfaction and amazing purchase experience.

Resolving customer queries and greviences.

Giving customer a world class service.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidate should have good communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written

Education: Graduate/Under Graduate

Experience : 0-4 yrs experience in Voice process (Inbound/Outbound)

Age : up to 30 yrs Anyone with customer service experience can apply
