Job Description
We are hiring Technical Support Executive (Voice Process)
Required Skills:
- Basic technical knowledge of PCs.
- Basic technical knowledge of Operating systems like Windows XP/ Vista/7.
- Basic Knowledge of MS Outlook troubleshooting, the Internet, Emails and Networking.
- Good Technical knowledge of operating systems, hardware & software.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing technical support assistance to US customers.
- Responsible for troubleshooting the technical issues related to Desktop, Laptops & Printers.
- Responsible for providing technical support assistance to US customers over the phone/ remote access.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Designation: Technical Support Executive/ Technical Support OfficerQualification: B-Tech, BCA, Graduates, Undergraduates.
Fresher with excellent communication skills & written English can also apply.
Candidate must be OK with night shifts.
Candidates with good technical knowledge.
Candidates with prior experience in Hardcore technical support / technical support Semi experience are preferred.
Salary: Rs 25000-40000 in-hand plus incentives.
