Job Description
As Customer Service Executive, the individual will be responsible for handling Cityfurnish customers, received by phone, chat or email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries received on calls, chat and emails
- Drive customer queries to closure with required information
- Convert queries to orders
- Track orders fulfilment end to end in co-ordination with fulfillment team
- Handle customer complaints effectively
- Reach customer proactively over call/email for up sell
- Track customer orders
- Follow up on abandoned orders
