Job Description
Technical Support Executive and Technical Sales Executive :
- Work with international clients (US and CANADA). Sales and Delivery of Technical Services and Support for major Brands like Apple, Dell, IBM, Lenovo, Acer and HP Etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client tech issues related to computers, routers, and printers. Fixation of Virus and Malware intrusion Etc.
- Well known company in delivering outstanding customer by performing accurate and timely technical troubleshooting to resolve issues.
Job Specifications:
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Undergraduate/Graduate/Freshers can apply.
- Attention to detail.
Offering:
- SALARY + INCENTIVES (BEST IN TRICITY) + CAB FACILITY
- SALARY RANGE: (15,000 INR - 50,000 INR)
Key Activities:
- Provide technical support to international customers through REMOTE.
- Providing technical support related to any of the product lines like computers, laptops, Operating System (Windows, iOS, Android), browser, email, chat, anti-virus, firewall, router, printer, scanner, computer hardware etc.
Experience: 0-5 years in International Process.
