Responsibilities:
Handling Inbound Customer calls (Domestic process).
Answering inbound calls for nontech and semi tech processes.
Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue amongst a busy, fast-paced environment
Requirements: Fresher/ Experienced (0-1 yr) Graduates and under graduates (+2 Pass) 18-34 years of age Candidate should be fluently speaking in English, Hindi & Telugu.
