Job Description-
- Candidates need to take care of US clients call through remote access regarding computer services.
- Able to handle the calls and queries of clients and AMC (Annual Maintenance Cost) regarding computer.
- Good communication in English
- Should know how to resolve the issues of the customer through remote access.
- Have the knowledge of team viewer, ammyy, show my PC, log me in etc.
- Should know how to make sale or up sell.
- Smart & Creative candidate
- Having knowledge in computer basic ( word, excel, power point, internet )
- Ready to take challenges
