Our Current vacancy: Customer Care Executive (Voice Process)

No of Vacancy : 10
Shift Timing : Fixed Day Shift (11:30 am to 8:30 pm)
Week Off : Sundays Fixed off

Key requirements are:

  1. Fluent in spoken English,
  2. Ready for immediate joining,
  3. Minimum HS passed or above only can apply.
  4. Freshers can also apply.

JOB ROLE :

Just to handle outbound calls,  make the customers aware regarding the purpose of the call, then after initial Interaction part just to transfer the call to the seniors. ONLY CALL TRANSFER IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
