Job Description
- Understand Customer Requirements in Detail for Hiring Grey Collared Workers ( Maids,Cooks,Babysitters etc ).
- Communicate to the customers Helpperz Terms and Conditions.
- Screen/Interview Prospective candidates for the above from Helpperz Database and Field Work.
- Arrange and Conduct Customer-Candidate Interviews.
- Collect Payments etc from the customer.
- All work necessary for The above exercise to be done by the candidate.
- Must be Willing to travel during the day locally for Screening candidates and Conducting Interviews.
- Languages : English,Hindi, and Marathi Fluency are a Must.
- 1-5 Years Experience.
- Must be a Graduate or Higher.
- Salary 15-20K Per Month plus allowances depending on Experience and Caliber of Candidate.
- Timing 10 AM - 6 PM. Six Days a Week.
- Location Andheri West.

Whatever data of grey collared workers is available is again not organized properly .i.e. there is no location specific data of helpers available in and around where you stay.
There is limited choice when going through service providers.
Service providers charge a fee which gets renewed annually.
