Customer Service Executive
Job Description
- As a Customer Service Executive (CSE), you will be responsible for: Communicating with consumers of health care and telecommunication providers in the United States to collect on overdue and unpaid bills.
- As a collection specialist, you will be responsible for calling consumers on the phone and negotiating for the overdue payment on behalf of the client.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a brilliant attitude
- Candidates with at least 1-year experience in an International voice based call center
- Candidates with experience in collections or mortgage services will have an advantage
- Excellent English verbal skills required
