Job Description
- Email and Chat support for USA customer.
- The candidate should be able to understand, Articulate and respond in English.
- Hence we are looking at candidates with excellent communication skills in English both in oral and written.
- Also candidates from BPO or customer support background(exp 6months to 2yrs), Fresher with excellent comm skills and interest to work in night shift.
- Prior experience in retail background would be a plus
- Education: Graduation
- Timings: 7PM to 4 AM, 8PM to 5AM(Daylight saving)
- Job location: Pune
- After joining there will be 3 weeks training and 1 week on job training and only after that they will be working real time.
