  • Email and Chat support for USA customer.
  • The candidate should be able to understand, Articulate and respond in English. 
  • Hence we are looking at candidates with excellent communication skills  in English both in oral and written.
  • Also candidates from BPO or customer support background(exp 6months to 2yrs), Fresher with excellent comm skills and interest to work in night shift.
  • Prior experience in retail background would be a plus
  • Education: Graduation
  • Timings: 7PM to 4 AM, 8PM to 5AM(Daylight saving)
  • Job location: Pune
  • After joining there will be 3 weeks training and 1 week on job training and only after that they will be working real time.
