We
are looking for Technical Support and Technical Sales candidates for our BPO at Udaipur location who
are ambitious, passionate and gain real satisfaction in delivering outstanding
service.
Responsibilities as a Technical Support Executive
o The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, organized and able communicator in English (both written and verbal), and is able to determine the urgency and impact of a request.
o Should have good knowledge of Computer Hardware Desktop, Laptop and Printers troubleshoot.
o Should have knowledge of Operating Systems, networking and general application software.
o Should have good knowledge of MS-Office, Outlook or mailing applications and other industries standard applications.
o Responsible for PC support in off-sites locations
o Provide accurate, timely solutions to end-user computer
o Provides Second Level Support to the end-user community
Responsibilities as a Technical Sales Executive
o To lead the sales
o Solve the issues of the clients as soon as possible.
o It also includes providing technical assistance to the clients.
