Job Description
- We are looking for customer service executives for servicing customers registered on our site. We are looking for fresh graduates with fluency in English, Hindi and any South Indian language.
- Job duties include: Answering inbound calls from our customers. Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions. Maintain online customer accounts. Generate relevant reports in MS Excel.
- Should be able to understand customer reported issues and help solve them following up with technical team.
