Ø Handling Calls and giving 100% FTR
Ø Responding over emails
Ø Stakeholder Management
Ø MIS/record keeping activity
Ø Follow up until customer requests resolved
Required Skills:
Ø Good Communications
Ø Need to be ready for flexible timings whenever required
Ø Quick learning ability
Ø Good Reading/writing skills
Ø Passionate/ enthusiastic
Should be proficient with MSOffice, Advance Excel.
Salary: Rs 13000 per month
Location: Mumbai ( Malad )
