- Handling customer queries through 'live chat' on website, email enquiries, whatsapp messages, inbound calls.
- Assisting customers with online shopping & order / payment completion process.
- Confirmation of COD orders on the phone (outbound).
- Uploading product visuals and written content on website.
- Checking products & QC process before despatch to customer
