Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Trainer to educate our support, sales and customer service teams. Customer Service
Responsibilities :-
-Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

-Delegate tasks and set deadlines
-Oversee day-to-day operation
-Monitor team performance and report on metrics
-Motivate team members
-Discover training needs and provide coaching

Requirements:-

- Decision-making skills
Location:- Surat
Salary: ₹15,000 to - ₹35,000 /month
Working Days: - Monday to Saturday
