Customer Service – ETLI IB, Tata CFAB, LG (Gujarati), OneAssist
Eligibility: 12th Pass/Graduate | Age 18–34 | Freshers & Exp (6+ months preferred) | English (Avg–Good) | Gujarati (LG role) | Basic computer skills
Key Tasks: Inbound/outbound calls, sales, retention, collections, support, CRM updates, targets, and compliance
Shifts (Rotational): 8 AM–8 PM slots (role-based)
Days: Mon–Sat | Weekly Off: Rotational/Sunday
Salary (In-hand): ₹13,000–₹18,000 + Incentives
Process-wise: Airtel – ₹14,750 | BAGIC – ₹16,000 | SBI – ₹13K–₹16K | LG/Tata – Up to ₹18K
Interview: Face-to-Face | Mon–Sat, 11 AM–5 PM
