Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Process: SBI Renewal / JFL (Domino’s) / Gynoveda – Inbound
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Type: Onsite | BPO | Full-Time/Part-Time
Shifts: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, 11 AM–11 PM, 9 AM–9 PM (Any 9 hrs)
Work Days: Mon–Sat | 1 Rotational Off
Interview: Face-to-Face | 10 AM–5 PM
Role: Handle inbound customer queries, renewals, and support for banking, QSR & wellness clients. Maintain professional interaction & SOP compliance.
Eligibility:
12th Pass/Graduate | Age: 18–35 | Fresher/6+ months BPO exp | Male/Female | Avg–Good English or regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Kokani, Gujarati)
Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹21,000 (based on shift/language)
Perks: Pick-up & drop from Koparkhairane Station
