Job Description
Quality: Versant-3 or 4 (English)
Fresher Salary :Upto 23,000 In hand Maximum.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction
-
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person in a professional and courteous manner.

Handle customer complaints, issues, and feedback promptly and effectively.

Provide accurate information about products, services, warranties, or company policies.

Resolve technical or billing issues, escalating to the appropriate departments when necessary.
2. Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution
-
Understand customer problems and identify solutions using internal systems and product knowledge.
-
Work closely with operations, technical, or sales teams to resolve customer concerns.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure of service tickets.
3. Documentation and Recordkeeping
-
Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, feedback, complaints, and resolutions in CRM systems.

Generate daily, weekly, or monthly customer service reports as requested by management.

Document recurring issues and suggest improvements to management for process enhancement.
4. Product and Service Knowledge
-
Stay updated with the company’s latest product offerings, pricing, terms, and support guidelines.

Understand frequently asked questions (FAQs) and be prepared with effective, consistent responses.

Participate in training sessions to upgrade knowledge on new features, systems, or protocols.
5. Customer Satisfaction and Feedback

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely responses and personalized assistance.

Proactively collect feedback through surveys or post-service follow-ups.

Support customer loyalty by recommending appropriate products/services and cross-selling when relevant.
Required Skills and Competencies
Technical Skills

Proficiency in using customer service software (CRM tools, helpdesk platforms, ticketing systems)

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Typing speed of 30–40 WPM with accuracy for live chat roles (if applicable)
