Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented Customer Services to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing a high standard of service through various communication channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media.
The role is central to building and maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty, and it requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to think on one’s feet.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer
- interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
