About Skillate Laboratories Private Limited
We are a job-matching platform for enterprises which is trying to bring the recruitment process hassle-free. The platform helps you to get the pertinent candidate match from millions of resumes according to the job descriptions in no time. The company uses artificial intelligence (AI) to develop a model thinking like a smart recruiter to find the best match. Skillate recommendation engine uses complex machine-learning, natural language solutions (NLP), and statistical algorithms to generate a Skillate Score for every resume with respect to a job description. The score is generated once it examines different sets of data points like experiences, skills, educations, experience titles, projects, etc. to find the best fit between the job seekers and job openings. Our resume parser is intelligent enough to understand the contemplation of entire resumes and extract the information in a structured format.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage customer relationships and expectations
2. Take ownership of customer issues, diagnose, suggest bypass methodologies, and see problems through to resolution
3. Analyze and interpret data to unearth problems and comprehend the defects
4. Validate solutions, coordinate and communicate with all the stakeholders
5. Consult clients regarding industry best practices and process methodology
