Job Description
What will you be doing?
- You will be responsible for ensuring that the customer needs are met.
- Analyze the recruitment process of the customer and provide solutions through the product.
- Manage requirements, plan and monitor requests from the customer through the implementation process and manage issues and queries post-implementation.
- You will be the voice of the customer and communicate it effectively to the product team. Maintain client relationships to drive their success story.
- Create a lasting impression on the customer, of yourself and not just the brand.
