Job Description

Eligibility:

Any Graduate from 2017-19 passed out with 60% in Highest Qualification.

Responsibilities:

Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers.
Manage critical client accounts which have a higher degree of complexity in terms of client servicing.
Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships.
Understand the website traffic of our customers and craft and implement strategies to grow it.
Deliver monthly metrics and analysis to customers to ensure that they understand the value of our platform

Skills required:

0 - 2 years of Proven account management or other relevant experience
Graduation from any Tier-1 Colleges. MBA not necessary
Should possess strong analytics skills and should be an Excel Savvy
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Knowledge of e-commerce, Web analytics & SEO is a plus.

Salary: 3 - 3.5 LPA
