Job responsibilities
- In nutshell you will be responsible for ensuring that backend platform and devices for our microstores and cashless devices are running 24*7
- Ability to help the client open up and talk about their requirements
- Follow up regularly with the clients to understand operational issues and resolve them
- Work in sync with the product and tech team to raise technical issues faced by clients
Job Requirements
- Good conversation (speaking and writing) skills- English and one native language
- Ability to engage the clients to extract the maximum information about the requirement and issues faced by them
- Strong time management, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Technical background is a plus
- A phenomenal work environment, with massive ownership and growth opportunities
