Job Description
Responsilibilities :
Take ownership of the application process and deliver product under planned timelines
Deliver high customer satisfaction through the entire process
Manage customer communications and follow problems through to resolution
Prepare the customer application docket for the risk team according to the applicant's eligibility
Keep logs of customer interactions to improve product and processes
Create a schedule of all tasks and ensure everything is completed on target
Give feedback to the product and risk team to refine the processes
Requirements :
Minimum two years experience working in a customer service or customer facing role.
