Responsilibilities : 

  • Take ownership of the application process and deliver product under planned timelines

  • Deliver high customer satisfaction through the entire process

  • Manage customer communications and follow problems through to resolution

  • Prepare the customer application docket for the risk team according to the applicant's eligibility

  • Keep logs of customer interactions to improve product and processes

  • Create a schedule of all tasks and ensure everything is completed on target

  • Give feedback to the product and risk team to refine the processes

Requirements : 

  • Minimum two years experience working in a customer service or customer facing role. 

        Experience in the finance or fintech space is a plus, but it's not necessary.
