Customer Success Associate
Job Description
1. Attend to all the queries of the clients and resolving them swiftly
2. Monitor the customer reviews that are generated over online platforms and responding back, so as to create a positive note on the services/product of the client
3. Prepare weekly and monthly reports and present them to the client
4. Maintain an MIS of all the issues generated and resolved
5. Maintain an MIS of inbound leads and accounts
6. Manage diligent follow-ups with inbound leads supported by subsequent email communications
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 15th Jul'20 and 19th Aug'20
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
