Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Onboarding
-
Guide new customers through the onboarding process, helping them get started with our product/service.

Conduct welcome calls, walkthroughs, and training sessions (via phone, video, or email).

Understand client goals and customize onboarding experiences accordingly.
2. Relationship Management
-
Serve as the customer’s main point of contact throughout their lifecycle.

Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers.

Proactively check in with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and engagement.

Act as the voice of the customer internally by sharing feedback with product and service teams.
3. Support & Issue Resolution
-
Address customer inquiries promptly through email, phone, chat, or ticketing systems.

Troubleshoot problems and escalate issues to technical or support teams when needed.

Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and follow up to confirm closure.
4. Product Guidance and Education
-
Help customers better understand product features and how to maximize value.

Provide usage tips, best practices, and regular updates on new features.

Create or share user guides, FAQs, knowledge base content, and video tutorials.
5. Retention & Renewals
-
Monitor customer accounts for usage trends, satisfaction levels, and risk indicators.

Work to reduce churn by identifying potential issues before they arise.

Support the renewals process by ensuring customer needs are met and expectations managed.
6. Upsell and Cross-sell Opportunities
-
Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that meet the customer’s evolving needs.

Work in collaboration with the Sales team to offer upgrades or premium features.
7. Reporting and CRM Management
-
Maintain accurate customer information and interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
-
Generate reports related to customer health, feedback, and account activity.
-
Track key metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), churn rate, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and engagement levels.
