Job Description

Conduct product demonstrations at hospitals to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our medical device.

Handle product installations, ensuring proper setup and function, and provide technical troubleshooting when required.

Perform site assessments and communicate equipment requirements to the remote technical team.

Train healthcare professionals—including nurses, doctors, and patients—on device usage and the patient monitoring dashboard.

Collaborate and coordinate with the remote support team, providing detailed reports and updates after hospital visits.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with hospital staff, ensuring smooth communication and device adoption.

Assist with various operational tasks, as needed.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.

0–2 years of experience in field operations, technical support, preferably in the healthcare/hospital industry.

Willingness to travel within the city and occasionally work night shifts.

Comfortable working inside hospital wards and ICUs.

Good communication skills and fluency in local languages.

Prior exposure to working with doctors, nurses, or hospital administration is preferred.

Basic computer literacy—ability to operate basic software, internet, and dashboards.
