Job Description
Job Role: Customer Success Associate
Work Mode: Work From Office
Nature of Account: Insurance
Working Days: 6 Days (Mon – Sat)
Location: Kharadi, Pune
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to interested leads and provide product information.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Build rapport with customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and call details.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the team leader.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and ensure customer delight.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: Graduate from any field.
Experience:
Freshers are welcome.
Experienced candidates, especially with insurance or sales background, are preferred.
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English & Hindi.
Salary Package:
Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 CTC per month
Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹29,000 CTC per month
Work Schedule:
- Females: Day shift only (up to 8 PM)
- Males: Rotational shifts
