Designation: Customer Success Executive
Location: Chennai(Perungudi)
Experience: 0-4 yrs
WORK FROM OFFICE
Roles and Responsibilities:• On-board and train new customers
• Build & strengthen customer relationships
• Manage incoming calls and emails and handle appropriate follow-up calls and emails
• Address, resolve and record any customer issues that arise pertaining to business growth, billing, and general account satisfaction
• Coordinate and train all new customer starts in an efficient and streamlined way
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of the company's business model in order to answer all customer related inquires
• Develops customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn.
• Ensures all customers are successfully using the product or service they've purchased from the company.
• Is often the first port of call for customers and is available to answer any inbound questions.
• Demonstrate the value of our product to our customers every day by providing amazing customer support
