Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Along with the Customer Success Manager, you will help own the overall relationship with our customer base, which includes: initial training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and ongoing satisfaction.
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
- High levels of quality customer engagement ensuring they reach success as soon as possible
- A continuous approach to actively growing the community of customers
- You will help the customer with queries which includes candidate applications on job posting and queries related to our product.
- As a Customer Success Executive, you will report to the Customer Success Manager and will support the adoption, retention and growth of our customer base.
- An individual that is passionate and highly motivated to meet and exceed both personal and professional targets
- Highly adaptable and quick to learn new information
- Strong listening skills and the ability to understand others’ viewpoints
- Possess a strong work ethic and a relentless attitude to achieve success.
- Open to a culture of innovation, professional development and collaborating with others in a team
- Educated to degree level (Freshers).
- Should be fluent in communication.
